The website does not open ... The replies given by the owners is a standard copy and paste . Neither do the owners want to meet the members when meetings are requested for . My wife was advised by a sub standard Trainer to do deep squats without giving progressions and knowing fully well she has Osteoarthritis. The said Trainer gets busy on his mobile and talks to other members and is rude and insolent to the extent of outraging the modesty of a lady . This has happened with other lady members too on a number of occasions and is a serious offence . The Head Coach is rude and refuses to change Exercise Cards and give corrective exercises.. The reason given was that Be Me Fit is not a corrective exercise Gym . We were forced to pay for Certifications for A Coach , the details are available through Cheque payments. In spite of repeated requests to the Head Coach , for Personal Training the same was denied by him . Till today Trainers take underhand payments and do clandestine training .. NO Clients are allowed to talk about the short Comings of the Gym to other clients and the Trainers threaten not to renew the membership of the client . Here Every thing is up for sale from protein mixes to Diet charts all underhand and in a clandestine manner .This Gym is not for people who want to enhance their fitness ;and mental &physical health and being in the Service Industry the owners are not customer oriented.

Bemefit .. this is from where I started my fitness programme 8 years back. I am extremely happy with my progress From mobility to weight training each and everything here I can say is best. I have lost 10 kgs in 6 months(keeping my muscle mass normal) with proper training and proper diet and guidance. This gym is best because .., here the trainers are all skilled and experienced. They modify fitness programe according to a client's fitness goals. Most important they focus on postures which is very important also to avoid injuries. Good Behaviour and Comfortable place for fitness. If you love living a healthy lifestyle , if you want to stay fit look good and if you genuinely look forward for any type of workout then I suggest Bemefit to be the Best Gym in Kolkata. laila Sanyal.

I was quite surprised by the unprofessional way they handled the case including the owner Mr.Akshay. I had several conversations but at the end they gave me a lame excuse for not giving me my due refund. I had not taken any action but I and my friends and family have parted ways from LYNC Cico and Bemefit brand. I wish the team a more professional approach and giving honest and quality services to the valued clients. Trisha J This is in response to your reply. Where the management and team always believes that they are right and there is no way out to an issue from their side, then even the owners can't serve the clients with any solution. A strong due diligence is required in your conduct and service. Most of the replies in the Google reviews by your team is same, which shows you don't understand the issue and write a monotonous answer. There was a communication Gap from Subharadeep who had told he will convey me and he did not call/msg/mail me until I mailed him and he told me the membership is over. Anywas, I just want to convey that the refund was not an important matter, but the approach of the management was. They are ready to lose their old clients but will not change their approach. Since I was associated with the brand from last 2-3 years, I felt quite sad from the behavior of the team. I am not expecting any reply from you, but as I told you earlier its an honest suggestion as your are in the service industry to understand your clients and make honest service your motto. Thanks!

Do not join. Useless. They will charge you huge fees and then trainers will not even look at you and will force you to take personal training else they will not bother at all.. trainers only want to extract more money out of clients. It is just a money making racket.

Recently, an acquaintance of mine joined bemefit and had an extremely bad experience. The staff is not at all friendly and helpful. They are unprofessional and rude. They are not even trained and are not certified. It's one of the worst fitness center in Kolkata.
