However, it is disheartening to observe that instead of leaving clients with a sense of improved health and professionalism, several operational lapses lead to disappointment. Below are some key concerns that require urgent attention from the management: 1. Operational Concerns: Unannounced Closures: The gym often remains shut without any prior intimation to members, causing inconvenience. 2. Unprofessional Behavior of Trainers: Many young trainers exhibit a lack of professionalism in their conduct and approach. 3. Irrelevant Conversations: Trainers often engage clients in personal discussions, including their own eating habits, which distracts from the workout environment. 4. Noise & Disturbance: Trainers frequently yell loudly across the gym floor, disturbing others' focus. 5. Neglect of non-PT Clients: Members without personal training packages often receive minimal or no guidance. 6. Unsafe Gym Floor: Equipment is often left scattered, posing safety risks for all users. 7. Poor Equipment Maintenance: Machines are not serviced regularly, leading to inefficiencies and safety hazards. 8. Lack of Training Focus: Trainers tend to spend excessive time gossiping with clients rather than focusing on form, technique, or structured training. 9. Inconsistency During Weather Conditions: The gym is frequently closed during rain, sometimes without any notice. 10. Waterlogging & Poor Hygiene: Rainwater accumulation inside the gym leads to slippery floors. Post-cleaning, the gym is not properly sanitized, resulting in unpleasant odors. 11. Inappropriate Music Selection: Romantic or sad Bollywood music dominates the audio system, which is not suitable for workout motivation. Upbeat, high-energy tracks are more appropriate for the environment. 12. Unhygienic Washrooms and Changing Room: The toilet and changing room facility is often found to be unclean and emits a foul smell. 13. Declining Service Quality: Overall service standards have noticeably dropped, diminishing the client experience. 14. Positive Observations: Decent Range of Equipment: The gym has a reasonable set of machines compared to others in the locality, but regular maintenance is essential. 15. Need for Client Education: There's a need to instill discipline in clients regarding the responsible use of equipment (e.g., avoiding weight dropping). Trainers must ensure this culture is maintained to reduce wear and tear and associated costs. 16. Professional Ownership: The gym owners and partners have always been polite and professional in their approach. With this in mind, I trust the management will take this feedback constructively. I believe Being Power Fitness Studio has the potential to become a benchmark for professional fitness centers in the locality.
