I had the pleasure of experiencing Anandam - Healthy Body Healthy Mind, a yoga center under the guidance of Mrs. Anantara Saha (Chowdhury). It's been a transformative journey, and I'm delighted to give it a 5-star rating. Mrs. Saha is an excellent yoga teacher, offering a range of practices, from therapy yoga to power yoga, meditation, and pranayama. The ambience at Anandam is soothing and relaxing, with soft music playing in the background, creating a tranquil atmosphere for yoga practice. What truly stands out is their flexible timing, accommodating busy schedules. My wife, who was suffering from arthritis, has benefited greatly from the therapies here. She's made significant progress in her recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend Anandam to all seeking physical and mental well-being. Mrs. Saha's expertise and the overall environment make it a top choice for yoga and therapy.
