Alpha Strength Arena Gym

This is my first time experiencing a gym and I think I can see the progress within a month. The trainer Sontu Da is really helpful and provides a great schedule of exercises. The overall ambiance is good, people are friendly and helpful and it kinda gives a warm atmosphere for refreshment. Currently I love to go to this place.

Great gym with a wide variety of well-maintained equipments. The place might seem a bit cramped, but the people are nice and understanding so you can workout in peace. The environment inside the gym is great and motivating.
