I've been training with Afran for a while now, and I can confidently say he's one of the best gym trainers I've ever met. His knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and proper form is outstanding. Every workout session with him is challenging yet enjoyable, and he always knows how to push me just the right amount to get the best results without risking injury. What I appreciate most is that Afran pays close attention to detail--he corrects posture, explains the science behind each exercise, and customizes training plans according to my goals. He's also very motivating, supportive, and genuinely cares about his clients' progress. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen real improvements not only in my strength and stamina but also in my overall lifestyle.

This gym truly stands out compared to others in the area. It's less crowded, equipped with quality machines, and the best part is that three well-certified trainers are always available to guide you. The only thing I noticed missing is a dedicated forearm machine, but apart from that, the gym is a solid 100/! Lastly, a special mention to the owner, Gopal Sir--his behavior towards members is genuinely admirable. I've rarely seen gym owners interact with members so politely and respectfully. Much respect to Gopal bhai!

Best gym to start your fitness journey at, trainers are knowlegable and overall very good enviornment. Highly recommend.

One of the most anticipated gym's that did not disappoint , it's intricate machines target all the muscle groups with the constant guidance of the certified trainers, the gym provides. An extra cardio room to fulfill all Fitness goals and a room with down lighting for any kind of aesthetic photography 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Picnic Garden
