Aerobics Centre

I was a part of aerobics family for nearly 10 months and it's been a great journey. Safe and joyful environment for women. I lost around 9kgs through exercise routine and diet prescribed by our trainer Sayanti ma'am. It's been a great journey and willing to join again if I get the opportunity to stay in Kolkata.

AEROBICS CENTRE is an amazing place to work out.. The trainer Sayanti mam is really awsome and helpful, encouraging and friendly.. She knows verry well how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with workouts. She makes you feel really comfortable. That's why 1 hour training goes super fast and I really enjoy doing it. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to get in a shape..

So,here I want to share my experience with aerobics centre..how to start?what to say? For me aerobics centre its just not only a place where i can talk fitness,health and eat clean concept but more than a place,i would say its a part of my journey ..Everyday after facing the hardships of life,office and priorities when i finally reach to the centre..i would not deny many a times i am not only tired but also burdened with lots of work -tension and self doubt but mam always motivates me and pushes me to be the best version of myself. 1 hour of session gives me energy ,it makes me realize that u need to be hard working and dedicated....in whichever and whatever field...be it fitness,healthy lifestyle or increasing one's body strength. Fitness starts with you,fitness starts with AEROBICS CENTRE..

Aerobics Centre is a perfect hub for those who not only want to align their body in a perfect posture but also for those who are searching peace and relaxation after a busy day. The instructor is joyful & lovely ,and strict (when needed). The environment undoubtedly is very friendly. We celebrate so many things and share a lot. This has become our second home. I am proud to be part of such a wonderful organization.

I have tried calling them but they have network issues.You message them revert after long time and wen u reach their centre at 8.55 just to know the details the very busy lady tells u only 5mins are left so she asks u to come next day.The best part about it is wen u request her to share the details on whats app she would end up telling u that u wont understand the same as if I was uneducated and need to visit her to understand. Really am I uneducated to not understand the fee structure on whats app? Which centre in kolkata refuses to share pricing? Funny and disgusted

I have been working out at this place from past 2 months and the experience has been pleasant. I have lost 7 kgs in these 2 months and all the credit goes to my trainer sayanti mam she is really very sweet and inspiring.....
