ABSolute Fitness GYM

I have been visiting Absolute fitness during my visits to Kolkata over many years. The gym is good and clean and has a good variety of equipment including cardio machines, fixed resistance machines, free weights and much more. The owner keeps the gym well maintained and has recently been invested in creating a third floor of new equipment. The membership prices are very reasonable and represent good value for money. The trainers are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, they will create personalised plans to help you hit your goals and they are good at helping you achieve the perfect form and techniques and keep you motivated during your workout. If you are looking for a place in Kolkata to lose weight, build muscle or just improve fitness, I can highly recommend this place, they will definitely help and guide you to achieve the physique you desire.

Good place for any type of exercise .Biomechanics of all machines are very good. who those are in any kind of sports they can also train because plyo box, free space floor , manual treadmill, kettlebell,sand bag everything available

The gym is well equipped and nicely maintained. Entire team is welcoming and professional which creates a positive atmosphere.

I am the oldest member from the day the gym opened its doors. It's my second home, a great place to keep yourself fit and going.....

Very good gym. Very good equipments. Good trainers. I myself go to this gym. Lean to fat like me all can come. Open every day. For both male and female.
