I've been working out at R1 Fitness Club every day, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness journey. From the moment I stepped in, the environment has been incredibly welcoming, motivating, and professional. Facilities & Equipment: R1 Fitness Club is equipped with a wide range of modern, well-maintained equipment. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts, you'll find everything you need here. The gym floor is always clean, spacious, and organized - a huge plus for anyone serious about their fitness goals. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist. They don't just guide your form and technique but genuinely care about your progress. Their personal attention and tailored workout plans have helped me improve both my strength and stamina significantly. The staff at the reception is also courteous and helpful, creating a warm and professional vibe throughout the day. The energy at R1 Fitness Club is truly infectious. Whether it's early in the morning or late in the evening, the positive and energetic environment keeps you motivated. The other members are also supportive and respectful, which adds to the overall uplifting vibe of the gym. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. Overall experience is good, there are many equipments and the interior designs very charming, Trainers are very cooperative and friendly, their behavior is very well and good. This gym have very huge space. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's plenty available--even during peak hours. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist if you need guidance or tips.

I've had a great experience at this gym. The equipment is well-maintained, the trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help, and the environment is very motivating. I especially appreciate the cleanliness and the variety of machines available. Keep up the great work!

To the owner: Thank you for new lifting belts. Now kindly fix these issues: 1. No speaker/music in 2nd floor. Kindly replace the speaker or just buy a JBL speaker for the 2nd floor. Its a long term investment for the gym. Its very weird and demotivating to workout in a gym with no music. 2. Share wifi passwords with gym members. You can write it on a paper on the wall. You can also add "FREE WIFI" to the advertisements to attract new members. 3. (Only if possible) Buy a new treadmill for the gym, 2 are not enough for these amount of members. Kindly fix the 1st and 2nd issue. I will immediately delete this review and write a 5 review for our gym.

Trainers are very cooperative, overall vibe is very positive. All equipments are of top notch quality.

1. Very confusing price plans. According to me 2. they are playing tricks. And most important that 3. they are more focused for selling powders, rather than exercise. 4. They are selling powder products like a) Fitness = Powder b) Healthy =powder c) Everything =powder. d) No powder no life... Behaviour is too sweet to digest..

Great Gym with Everything I Need! I've been going to R1 FITNESS CLUB for the past 3 months, and I'm extremely happy with it. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the classes are top-notch. I especially love the clean locker rooms and the flexible hours. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness!
