The gym is new in the area , but the set up is quite great and the trainers are quite knowledgeable and helpful towards everyone. The equipment are modern and up to date and very efficiently handled . Mr Surya the senior trainer is extremely good in what he does and he guides me so well with every machines and exercise . He understood well and provide the training which is actually needed and focused and asked by the client .

Nice place for workout. Trainers are very good. Got diet charts which were very effective. Visible improvements noticed since joined the gym. Trainers take good care of every individuals as per the body requirements and provides effective guidance to achieve the the goal. Good ambience, machines are also useful, timing till morning to night is also good for all.

Excellent gym and our evening trainer Surya sir helps everyone individually with all exercises and diets.... Great environment to stay fit and grow... Would definitely recommend this as I have been able to loose weight in a less time span!
