What We Like: Top-Class Equipment - Everything is modern, clean, and super well-maintained. Whether you're lifting heavy or doing cardio, you've got what you need. Awesome Trainers - Friendly, focused, and genuinely passionate about fitness. They don't just guide--they motivate. We are taking our P.T. from Avirup Barman. He is awesome,friendly and very supportive, also suggesting our Diet. Great Ambience - Spacious layout, motivating music and a positive crowd that keeps the energy high and the distractions low. Flexible Hours - The gym offers convenient timings that suit working professionals like us. Supportive Community - Everyone here is working hard, encouraging each other, and focused on progress--not showing off. Love that! Only recommendation is to start Zumba and Yoga class also. Overall, We are really happy with our decision to join the Fitness Garage . I've had a fantastic experience at this gym Fitness Garage Sodepur. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, which makes it a great place for both beginners and regular gym-goers. A special mention goes to my personal trainer Mr.Abhirup Barman , who has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They designed a personalized workout plan suited to my fitness goals, kept me accountable, and always pushed me just the right amount. I have been going to this gym for a week now, and my experience in one word has been AMAZING. The equipments are very good quality and many various types are available as well. Even the trainers are very good and helpful, they can guide you very well. This gym is well suited for both female and male. It truly lives up to its good standards.
