Extremely disappointed with the gym's condition and management. The equipment is outdated and not properly maintained, making workouts unsafe and ineffective. The lift has been out of service for over 7-8 months, causing major inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors. AC rarely works, making the environment uncomfortable and unhygienic during workouts. There's no proper changing room, which is a basic facility any gym should provide. Despite repeated complaints, the owner shows no interest in improving the situation. Not worth the membership fee--I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone serious about their fitness journey.

I've been a loyal member of this gym for 2.5 years, but unfortunately, the management's attitude has taken a significant turn for the worse over the past few months. The level of service and attention to members' needs has drastically declined. The equipment maintenance has been neglected, with several dumbbells broken and not replaced, and machines like the leg press and treadmill not functioning properly despite repeated use. The customer service team has become unresponsive and rude, making members feel unvalued and unimportant , using slangs to members. Basic facilities like the lift have been non-functional for over a year, and the broken changing room door has made it unusable ,Ac not working properly like not at all... I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and restore the level of service that members expect and deserve

They will close this branch and shift you elsewhere far from Sinthi More. I joined Fitnet at Sinthi More in 2023 expecting a decent workout spot, but the equipment is an absolute disaster. Rusted and broken weights, treadmills that grind to a halt mid-run, and machines with frayed cables ready to snap. The gym reeks of neglect, with broken benches and outdated cardio gear that hasn't been serviced in years. When I complained about the hazards, the management suggested transferring me to another branch of their franchise, implying this location is a lost cause. Save your money and avoid this dump altogether.

The gym offers a fantastic environment with a full range of equipment to support any workout routine. The trainers are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, which makes training sessions enjoyable and effective. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, making it a bit challenging to access equipment at times. Overall, it's a great gym for anyone looking for a positive and supportive workout space.

The location is good the one year membership plan is also great the behavior of the staffs are also good but the thing is that the equipments are not at all maintained most of them are like just working and for cardio the eleptical machine is disbalanced the cycle is not adjustable(it was but somebody took out the screw) and its barely working so long story sort they need good maintainance so if you want to just go to a cheap place ghen its ok but if you want a bit of a premium gym look for other options it's not at all a great experience. N also regarding ac only one is switched on so it is very suffocating to workout n the lift also dont work you have to climb 5 floors in order to get into the gym. And also they keep the acs turned off you can see the vid fr proof

Worst gym in Sinthi area! They just make people fall for the attractive offers but after that they don't care about the service or commitments. Gym people can't access the lift, more than that half of the equipments are broken and they don't care about fixing it or replacing them, even the dumbbells are broken. Place is very crowded and lack of ventilation, top of that they just don't bother to turn on the AC. Even after requesting then repeatedly they chose to ignore and give some stupid reasons. The owners are just after money, they don't bother if you fall sick because of the extreme heat and suffocation inside the gym. The list just don't stop there, they don't have a LOCK in the changing room!!! Forget about guys; Is it even safe for Girls? Must avoid this gym.

Worst gym I have ever been to... hardly there are a few equipments that keeps breaking down, no proper management or maintainance

I've been a member of this gym, but lately, the experience has been disappointing. The air conditioning isn't working, making workouts uncomfortable, and the lift is also out of order, which is inconvenient. Despite these issues, there seems to be no urgency in fixing them. Additionally, the female trainer here is quite arrogant and lacks a welcoming attitude. A gym should be a motivating space, but poor customer service makes it less enjoyable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the facilities and staff behavior. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to others.
