They also have a functional training zone with kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, and more - great for people who prefer varied workouts.
The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, they're always willing to guide you. I personally took a few personal training sessions, and the coach customized a plan that really helped improve my strength and posture. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient as well.

I have been training here for the past 5 months and it's honestly one of the best gyms in Khardah! The gym has top-quality equipment with a wide variety of machines, so workouts never feel limited. The ambiance is really motivating and keeps the energy high.
All the trainers are very good, knowledgeable, and always helpful whenever you need guidance. Even the receptionist is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the overall experience even better.
Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about fitness!!!

The gym is really nice and the trainers specifically Samar da is very capable and an amazing trainer. The only thing is, they need to update their machines because sometimes or frequently few machines stop working properly which creates chaos and also if they can manage a generator in hbe gym that would be great because at the time of loadshedding the treadmill stops working suddenly and that creates a jerk which can cause any accident at any given point of time. So it would be great if they can have a generator. Apart from these two points the gym is all nice and gym culture is really good the trainers are approachable, they have varieties of equipments and it is one of the best gyms in Khardaha.
