I have been a member here for a while and I must say this gym has exceeded my expectations. The trainers are very professional, approachable, and always ready to help with proper form and personalized guidance. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's a great variety for both strength training and cardio. The atmosphere is motivating but also friendly, so even beginners feel comfortable. I've seen great progress in my fitness since joining and I genuinely enjoy my workouts here. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay consistent and achieve real results.

This gym is excellent.The trainers are professional, supportive, and really help with correct form and motivation. The overall vibe is energetic and positive. Perfect for beginners as well as serious fitness lovers.

The trainers here are completely undertrained and lack proper knowledge about weight lifting and diet. They give poor advice that could potentially lead to injuries. The gym itself is poorly managed, and it's clear they don't prioritize proper training or guidance. Definitely not worth the money!

This gym will provide you with all facilities you need to be fit and toned. I availed this gym near about 3 years and found changes in me. All equipments are available for workout. Well maintained gym I love the ambience. Trainers will look after your very strictly. All trainers are really very good. Thank you V STRONG.
