Worst gym... One of the basic gym facility which is AC.. in this gym many AC are installed but not a single one working. Very dificult to workout in this hot weather... Also only one fan is functional all the gym members are get in line for the fan. Worst situation.

Excellent gym, very good atmosphere inside the gym. Upgraded instrument help us to progress our body. 5/6 AC always running for comfort inside the room . So, very good gym. But one thing I feel very much distrub due to full volume loud speaker. It is distrubing for concentration. I would request to the authorites to look into this matter .

I have been a member of IFC since 3 years...It was a wonderful gym....BUT IT DETORIATED SIGNIFICANTLY due to lack of maintenance and ill behavior of Gym AUTHORITY...Now it has become the worst GYM in Kanchrapara...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN THIS GYM...

A well-equipped gym with all kind of modern equipments. Located near Bagmore, Kanchrapara, the gym has vast space inside, so no chances of overcrowding and parking space is also large.
Regarding the trainers, I would say they are more of a friend. When I started here, I came across Mr. Himadri Das and since then he is my personal instructor. In my opinion, he is one of the best trainers here.
