Very professional...Great owner,Friendly environment, great selection of equipments....I have been in this gym for ten years...

Worst gym in the world. The owner is a crook and has tremendous god-complex. He would bully you and show you down to prove that he is superior to you. He would keep boasting about how everyone surrenders under him. They don't upgrade any equipments. Guidance is bad as hell, he would ask you to do different exercises everyday and when asked any reason about the exercise or pattern of exercise being followed, he'd just avoid that and start shouting on you. You'd better do gym alone than come here.

The best gym in the area. The owner and the trainer is very much experience in the field and guides everyone in the best possible way. Proper fitness rules are followed and diet suggestions are also given accordingly. Excellent instruments are present and more modern instruments are coming up soon. If you want your desired physique or if you want to stay fit and healthy..will definitely recommend Studio De Physique..

The Gym Owner Mr.Prosenjit is an ex Mr. Asia who gives proper guidance in doing the exercise the right way which involves modern equipments in the gym and provides proper diet for your body type. He makes sure the students admitted attend gym regularly and makes them health conscious. There is also an assistant trainer who is available to guide you throughout. The gym maintains proper hygiene, sanitization and cleanliness at all times. In terms of gym fees, it is quite nominal with all the modern facilities and knowledge the gym and the trainer has to offer. I am very happy with the visible results in my weight loss and muscle development and would recommend anyone interested looking for fitness should be a part of this gym.

Fully equipped gym in a good locality. I am on and off attached to this gym since past 11 yrs and very happy with what I have achieved till date. For those who talk ill of this place or have had bad experiences, I would say bodybuilding or fitness is not an short term achievement, perseverance is the key to it. Best wishes..

Equipments are top class but its the trainer Mr.Raja who you should look for if you are keen in body building or a weight loss program the guys has tons of knowledge and has won Mr.Asia title. All in all best gym to be a member with.

The owner himself Is a passionate and well accomplished body builder which clearly reflects in all aspects of the workout schedules and practices he imparts to the gym members. The humane training and coaching aspect is.more profound here than superficial amenities.
