I would have given it a big zero if I could. The Kalyani branch trainer is an uncultured man, he was decent till 6 days, then he slowly started screaming at me infront of the masses just because I couldn't hear him properly or if I had my doubts. If your trainers are so busy working out that a few simple questions from the trainees is irritating to them, then tell them to workout and not be trainers. This is an abusive and a dirty place.
Initially it was Good but after taking the membership, the actual scenario was revealed. The Trainers are not at all interested to guide you until and unless you are appointing them as your own Personal Trainer. The owner of the Gym is also careless about it. Complaining to him leads to no results. Even now a days the floor become so congested that there are no space for free hand exercises.

This gym is very well equipped and beginner friendly. I joined here fir just few weeks and the trainers are giving their all to teach every exercise with perfection.
