I've been going to this gym for a while, and honestly, the fees (2200/month) don't match the quality they're offering. The machines really need proper maintenance - many feel old, shaky, and not safe for a solid workout. The gym also lacks several important machines. There are only four benches, so you end up waiting a long time for your turn. There are just two Smith machines, which again leads to waiting or sharing mid-set. The weight plates are in terrible condition - the rubber is peeling off many of them. And whenever something breaks, they just do a temporary "jugaad" fix instead of repairing it properly. The trainers and staff are fine, but equipment is the heart of any gym. If they fix the machines, upgrade the equipment, and improve maintenance, this place could actually become mii etter. Right now, it just doesn't feel wortn the price.

I've recently joined this gym and I must say it's an amazing place to train. The environment is motivating, the equipment is well-maintained, and everything is very professional. A special mention to trainer Utsab, who is simply outstanding. He really knows his stuff, pays attention to proper form, and makes sure every session is effective. His guidance is helping me improve a lot and stay consistent. Highly recommend this gym, especially if you get the chance to train under Utsab!

One of the worst gym experiences I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this gym to anyone who values professionalism, respect, or a decent workout environment. The trainers are unprofessional and insecure -- if you switch trainers or take help from someone else, they start gossiping and bitching about you, creating unnecessary drama instead of focusing on fitness. The level of toxicity among staff is unbelievable. The machines are in terrible condition, half of them either don't work or are never maintained properly. It's not just frustrating -- it's dangerous. But what's worse is the disrespectful attitude towards female members. Instead of creating a supportive space, the environment here allows for character shaming and judgmental behavior. It's disgusting and unacceptable. This place is the opposite of what a gym should be -- there's no sense of privacy, encouragement, or professionalism. I'm writing this so that no one else has to go through what I experienced. Avoid this gym. There are far better options out there.

If fitness is your passion then vigour is undoubtedly the best place for you. Aided with the best equipments and space , the workout is really happening. The presence of trainers make the entire workout intensive. Located in the heart of Howrah it is a den for fitness enthusiast. Flexible timing make it more appropriate.

Worst gym, the owner doen't knows how to behave and talk, especially with girls they do character shaming, people eat tobacco in gym and the owner don't critize those things and when complained talks very disrespectfully with you
