Good gym and friendly person staff & trainer
For a good experience and better fitness, this is probably the most affordable yet effective gym in the area. Working out here for 20-25 days only has really benefitted me and I could see the results for myself. The space is a bit packed for my liking. There is only one exercise bicycle which is rusty and makes noise when using it. There's no treadmill. But other than that, it is very well equipped. The trainers are really helpful even the guys who workout there regularly are helpful and give good advice. All in all, a very good place to workout and exercise. Definitely recommended.

It is located near Ghas Bagan area in Howrah (opposite Golabari Thana). Trainer and staffs are active. Equipments are okay. Less fee than other nearby gyms. Separate time for ladies is also available. Zumba class is available. Recommended. Timing: 6am to 2pm...5pm to 10pm
