I have taken admission in FitNet after hearing a lot of positive reviews, especially about the trainer Vishal Sir. His training methods and dedication were highly recommended, and I'm really looking forward to this fitness journey under his guidance! and gym is also very budget friendly

One of the most Pathetic gyms in Bally area. The AC doesn't work 90% of the time. Equipments are rusty and broken in places. The administration is least bothered about this and hardly addresses the problems. AC is switched off between 1PM to 3PM. And the receptionist is a gossip monger. Trainers are decent. Avoid FITNET BRANCHES at all costs.

Nice gym..after joining I lost my weight about 10kgs. The trainer Rajat debnath is very knowledgeable and good behaved trainer..thnx fitnet.

It's one of the best to begin with, it's been 1 year since I started my fitness journey being honest I was very inconsistent but now I will definitely continue in the future, there are currently 3 trainers and they are very friendly and provides us with incredible fitness approach. It's very affordable and they have a great variety of equipments and an ambient environment. The members are also very motivating and helpful in training sessions. Highly recommended to everyone to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle

Hello everyone, I would just like to say that don't ever take a yearly package in this gym or else you would get stuck here just like me. Initially, when I joined back in December 2021 everything was fine. The gym was well maintained. However, as time passed, I started to notice that many gym machines or equipments slowly started to deteriorate over time. Well, this is quite normal. However, the issue is with maintenance. The maintenance team is pretty slow. Sometimes, they take a few weeks to solve minor issues like tightening loose nuts & bolts. For example, currently, some machines have loose nuts & bolts which we have to check & tighten with our own hands manually whenever we go up to use them to prevent any major accident from happening. The backrest seats of the leg extension machine & also the incline/decline benches are wobbly. The rexine covers of some of the benches have worn out. Further, the floor mats are also dusty which seems pretty unhygienic. Not only this but also the mats are coming off the floor. Plus, some of the dumbbells & rods are also damaged. I & some of the other members have been raising these issues with the gym authorities for more than 1-2 months now but to no avail. To top it off, I even spoke about these issues with the General Manager who visited the gym on 2nd Sept 2022 where he assured me that all these issues are minor ones & he would get all these issues solved within a week whereas, today is 15th Sept 2022 & yet nothing has changed. The only pro thing about this gym is the local staff. Their behaviour is the only professional thing that I have found here. Except for that, anything which is connected with the head office like maintenance is pretty slow & disappointing. I have also attached some photos to give you guys a better view.

I took a yearly package at FitNet Gym Bally on January. The trainers at the gym is really good and knowledgeable. The Management of the gym is not concerned with the issues of the members. It's been more than 2 months since the 30kg dumbbell is damaged, the foam on bench is flattened and damaged, the floors are full of dust and the floor mats are coming out but unfortunately no steps have been taken to resolve such issue. I personally including other members have raised the issues many times and on 2nd Sept when the General Manager visited the gym I raised these issues to him and he assured he'll look into all these within a week but today it's 15 sept and the issues are not resolved. I don't know how long does it takes to bring a dumbbell, 2 months really! And look at the floors they are so filthy seems like never cleaned since it's opening.
