Amazing experience!! Vikram sir is very friendly and kind person he guides us at each and every step i have never seen such kind of trainer anywhere he never makes us feel like we are a beginner if we are not able to do a specific workout or make a mistake he never makes us feel bad infact he motivates us and says 'hoga hoga' sb hoga don't worry dheere dheere hoga..In just one month i have learnt a lot of new exercises just because of him which i never did in my whole life! In other gyms u need to pay for these kind of personal training or exercises but here it is free of cost I will recommend my friends as well as other people to give a try if u are having any doubt u can join for a month and feel the difference!
