Apparently a gym designed for "seasoned athletes" has owners who think doing rack pulls on a power cage would end up breaking the power cage . What else is it for? Is it for resting your delicate feet on the rack and doing bulgarian squats? And a gym designed for "seasoned athletes " don't shut it abruptly after a long break in the name of power cut just coz their trainers were on leave This caused inconvenience to me as an "athlete" because I was in my peak week prepping for my last show when this happened. Extremely unprofessional behavior and even the trainers lack proper knowledge.

Well maintained machines and atmosphere.. Best gym in howrah. But for professional need to bring some new machines like incline iso latteral sholder press, isolated seated row, incline seated chest press, and reverse back row and low row machine.. If those machines are coming this will be Howrah's best gym ever..
