My second Home. . Our Trainer Sayan is a nice person & his behaviour is very good. He has lots of experience in bodybuilding and his guidance is awesome. Also the gym equipment is very good. This is the best place in Howrah with an affordable price.

Good place to work out for 1000/month. There are cheaper packages available if you are going for quarterly or half yearly packages. A good amount of weights and machines are there. Unisex gym with good cardio machines. The trainer is polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Do visit the gym for more information.
The first opinion when you enter the gym is that the gym premises finishes even before starting. The place is extremely compact and small. You can literally jump from one machine to another. It's expensive compared to the gym size and facilities. But yes the gym is neat and clean, it's air conditioned. The trainer doesn't bother much. You come and do whatever work out you want to do. It would have been good if one or two machines were added but then there is no scope to add any more machine to that place. Even 5-6 people at a time inside the gym used to feel crowded.
