This is a wonderful well equipped gym.Full air condition, good service with friendly environment.super clean and comfortable gym for ladies from beginning to professional athletes to train at excellent trainer by Shiva sir . Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. A friendly and motivating environment that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Howrah.

One of the best ladies gym with friendly nd like a family member nd nice trainer Safety is very good. 1month before my weight is 84kg now my weight is 80kg , nd I love to come here . I must say go for everyone .

Spacious gym with nice ambience with friendly trainers. I just loved the facilities and equipments included in the gym for such a reasonable price exclusively for ladies. They have added on other cardio workout sessions like zumba and fitness classes too. Go and experience. I just enjoy each of my workout sessions at Arya Swastham Ladies Academy.
