One of the best gym in sheoraphuli. All kind of machine like 1- Functional trainer with Smith machine 2- Powertec leverage machine 3- Leg extension and curl combo 4- Romanian bench for hyper-extension curl 5- Crunch machine for abdominal 6- 3kg - 20kg dumbel set 7- 2.5kg - 25kg Rubber coated Olympic weight plates 8- Swiss ball And many other equipment are there And one of the main important thing if you want to take supplements then this gym is not for you. This gym mainly focus on cardio , stamina strength of your body. Fitness test and demo class also provide here. This gym also provide good healthy diet by our trainner Subrata Sir and he is very kind to all of us and track every workout in the gym. You can also buy diet foods here with less rate for the market. T shirt also provide here( payable ). Beside workout different kind of outdoor activities also organised like cycling rally , walking, running Admission fees available in different mode like monthly , quarterly or annually. You can choose any one of them I choose monthly plan which is 1000 rs admission charge with 400 monthly fee ( it can be changed with the time) I joined this gym because I was become over weight during lockdown and also become lazy and low strength. That's why i joined here on January 2022 and new year resolutions and i really get good results from here. Now I have much strength. So for me this gym help me to gain my strength and stamina with good diet routine. Thanks to Subrata Sir for helping me in regards.

Best gym near our area, I was suffering from lower back pain due to over weight and this caused lysis between two spines (L4 and L5) Now I am recovering fast and loosing weight also.

This is one of the best gym in Sheoraphuli. I've been lost 25kg after 4 months exercise. I recommend that you can join here, undoubtedly the trainer and his training is fantastic.

I have joined in this gym before 3months ago.now i reduced 5kg weight loss with healthy way and proper diet which is provided by our trainer subrata sir.now im feeling completely fit and my back pain just vanished by doing some exercise.

Been here since July 2024, never found any gym so flexible and suitable for me. We get a free diet plan and routine fitness check before every module alongside the exercises. The environment of the gym is very light-hearted and if one maintains the routine, they are sure to achieve their desired goals. It's pretty rare to find a gym like this in Sheoraphuli

I am giving this review from my own experience. this is the best gym in seoraphuli. i have been joined gym on january, because of my Defence Physical exam and after 1 month i really got good result. now i have much strenght & stamina for the good diet plan (no supplement only natural foods) & exercise. thanks to subrata sir for the complete guidance..
