How can a trainer without any reason suggest ammonia salt to a trainee it's very disappointing. If anyone wants to join this gym be aware it's very risky.. Taking low amount of fees doesn't means that it includes a good trainer. Afterall everyone goes to gym for there overall well being and development... Without knowing any proper method of training the trainer use to advice a new joining members for a deadlift it would have a life risk ... So plz be aware of these kind of internal scenarios in the gym... I would suggest to pay more amount to other gym if it includes a good and professional certified trainer... Instead of getting these kind of uncertified trainers. Afterall trainees will get trouble Thank you

It's a well equipped gym & has a nice environment to workout. The trainer are really awesome & helpful. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts...
