I've had a frustrating experience with the gym caretaker here. She seems determined to turn the gym into a strict school environment, enforcing ridiculous rules and regulations. One of her biggest issues is insisting that everyone wear "proper gym clothes" .Not everyone can afford expensive workout gear, and many of us just want to wear what's comfortable. This isn't a fashion show it's a gym! Everyone I've spoken to is fed up with her attitude and unnecessary restrictions. It's discouraging and makes the gym feel unwelcoming. I hope the owner addresses this soon, as it's really impacting our workout experience. We need an environment that encourages fitness, not one that imposes unnecessary restrictions. The previous caretaker had a much more welcoming attitude, fostering a sense of community that made the gym enjoyable. Thank you

After 8:30 a.m., the gym becomes disorganised and noisy, similar to how a park might be filled with people talking, playing, or doing different activities. The chaotic and loud environment makes it hard for someone to concentrate on their workout.

Have been going to this gym for a month and it has been a great experience, the instructor is very humble and kind, the atmosphere of the gym is really nice, everything is just perfect, love it here, you should try it out too
