I am koyel das,from santragachi (howrah),I do online and offline (both)classes.Reliable yoga centre is the best yoga centre in contai,our mam is very helpful and caring person, 1 lost around 4.5 to 5 kg with in 4 months.really enjoyed your class and was actually excited to come to class every day. Our classes time is minimum 2 hours.whenever we want ,we can contact man very easyly,I am very thankful for passionate yoga teacher like you! Thank you for ur wonderful classes. I joined the center nearly 3 months before,, in this 3 months I lost 3.5 to 4 kgs with the help of Anindita mam (yoga instructor). This is simply the best Yoga center. I used to have knee pain due to knee operation, but after I started doing yoga here under the guidance of Yoga ma'am, the pain gradually lessened and I became more energetic and active. Now I can do my daily chores effortlessly and I feel very energetic day long.

I joined this centre nearly 2months before ,, and in this two months I lost almost 5-6kgs despite of having PCOD with the help of Anindita Mam(yoga instructor) along with some healthy diet that is also suggested by her only .
