Equinox Multigym

This place has good equipments for training, with a very good environment. A must try if you are living near Hooghly-Chinsurah! Trainer is also very good, but I felt the fee is more.

Very nice place with beautiful music playing in the gym. Environment is healthy. Infrastructure is modern and quite good. They have two trainers. One male and one female. You can typically spend 1.5 - 2 hrs here. They offer strength training, cardiovascular exercises beside the gym. Entry fee for newcomers is Rs 1000-2000. Monthly fee is Rs 600. For members a 3 Month package is there including the admission fee.

The gym is air-conditioned, neat, clean and well maintained and it houses a huge range of equipment. The in-house trainer - Anindya AKA Tinku is extremely helpful and boasts one of the best physiques in the town.

Great and experienced trainer providing guidance all the time. Trainers also provide diet charts and programs seperate workout schedule that caters the need of oneself.

Equipments are a little older. Will suggest a little more maintenance and better lighting. Need to upgrade equipments and add treadmills. Will attract more people in the area.
