I am not a hard-core gym goer , I was looking for a place to workout casually. I came across this gym a few months back, I was pleasantly surprised at the flexibility this gym offers. You can workout casually or you can take professional training, whatever suits you, while having a good time at this gym. I particularly like that everyone follows the rules of the gym,and everything is clean and hygienic. I am still not very familiar with the owner or trainers but the behaviour of everyone is very cordial.

The overall environment is best for your transformation journey and discipline. Trainers are friendly and supportive. The equipment is well-maintained, the space is clean, and there's always a positive vibe that keeps you motivated. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this gym creates the right atmosphere to push your limits and stay consistent.

I've been training here for almost three months, and the experience has been amazing. The gym has great equipment, a motivating environment, and the trainers are always ready to help. The owner, Dada, is extremely cooperative and supportive, which makes the place even better. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about their fitness goals!

I recently visited this gym after being invited , and I had a genuinely great time. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was relaxed but energetic -- exactly what you want in a good fitness space. The trainers were friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming. I specially enjoyed the music blast -- the energy was up, and it made the workout feel fun instead of just hard work. Also, shoutout to the aesthetic of the place -- the pictures and overall look of the gym really stood out. Overall, it was a great experience. The gym is great, as a professional powerlifter not all gyms are suitable .. but Flex Factory is great .. The owner is great , the management is wonderful , and last but not the least the lighting and the aesthetics of the gym are one of the best that I have seen

My trainer has been my greatest motivator.
