Souhardya Gym has changed my life pattern since Dec 2024. Due to different physical health issues, I took admission here. In first four months I am able to loose 25 kg ( initial was 87.5). Dedicated Personal training boost the physical fitness and mental confidence. I decide to continue my journey with Team Souhardya in future also. Its hygienic interior, staff behaviour, woman safety environment are also appreciated.

Very Well Maintained, Hygienic and Well Organised Gym in Bolpur I've ever visited. Above all the behaviour of all the staffs is well appreciated.The whole gym has a central AC Facility , so no excess exhaustion in severe outside temperature.Trainers are also quite supportive even if you won't take any personal trainer.Hence if you're looking for a nice gym to give your health journey a smooth start, then you may give this Gym a visit.The plans are quite Flexible.Thank you.
