I had a terrible experience at Sunshine Hotel, where I stayed for 2 days. The service was subpar, and the food quality was extremely poor. What's worse, they charged exorbitant prices, including 18% GST. I was shocked to see that a 1-liter bottle of Aquafina, which costs 20 elsewhere, was sold for 30 here. Additionally, the staff refused my request for room service. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against staying here. Instead, consider hotels like Golden Retreat, Hotel Mayur, Club Side, or The Fame, which offer better value for money. The hotel has a TV, but only with free channels - no paid channels are available. The Diamond Room, priced at 4200 for two days, is not worth it - a truly terrible experience."

Hotel is located on the main road. Reception staff are very helpful and well behaved. Indoors gym, pool , restaurant available. Room service is also good. They can improve cleanliness a little bit and maintain electric items condition as per the price they are taking. A complimentary breakfast is also provided. News paper given every morning. Overall i recommend this hotel very much. Hope you will enjoy your stay here.

Very very bad behaviour of staffs. They don't know how to behave with their guest. Their own staffs don't know the turms and conditions of their hotel for that we suffered lots.. Too much bad hotel..

Very bad experience from here for us in the last day. For the first time ever in my lifetime I'm having such a horrible experience which includes the rude behaviour of the staff especially the people who are working in the reception section they won't even pick up call and went to reception to say that AC is not working still no response. Very very rude behaviour this kind of behaviour and attitude of staff is not I need after paying above 3000rs/day. TV, WiFi, AC nothing was working what more to say they won't even provide complimentary water bottle also they are charging 30rs instead of 20rs bottle and asked the receptionist why you are doing like this? then the receptionist told that management asked us to do like that so we are doing. Shame on this management no one should visit here anymore!! If you're visiting Berhampore I'll suggest you to take stay in Hotel Samrat, where you will be comfortable and won't have to face all those issues and I'm pretty grantee for it.
