It's a fabulous full AC gym with well machines, cardio and many extra features.

Good Atmosphere, Lots of Space, Fank Behavior. An Ideal place to start your day. Both Gym and Martial Arts facilities are available there

It's a quite spacious, well equipped gym despite providing all kinds of facilities at minimal fees. The owner is particularly amicable to all.

Machines are not well maintained. No instructor available. Very few machines for women. No ac. The gym is absolutely not suitable for women, for men it might be okayish. Not recommended for novices
