FITNESS ADDICTION ZONE

I recently joined my local gym and have been going for a few days now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience so far. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions I have. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a great variety of equipment that caters to all levels of fitness. What I appreciate the most is the supportive atmosphere. Even as a beginner, I never felt out of place or judged. The trainers are knowledgeable and offer great advice on how to use the machines properly and how to structure my workouts effectively. I've already noticed a boost in my energy levels and mood after just a few sessions. Overall, I'm really glad I decided to start my fitness journey here. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress in the coming weeks and months. If you're considering joining a gym, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Yea the experience was ok , both the trainers present there are supportive but in a very discriminative way , they tend to support and help the people who have been working out in the gym for a long time rather than focusing on new members who joined recently. One among them is also short tempered when asked some question or the same question twice and also makes fun of someone's body weight like if his bodyweight is less or more then they would be saying why would he do such exercise he couldn't do it and I don't think any gym trainer should be like this demotivating a person who tends to change himself. And also stop so much focusing on the old people who have been part since a long time or on the person who have taken personal training. Be gentle and supportive with each and everyone present there no matter their age or body weight because they came there to transform and change themself.. It's been some days and I cannot even tell the trainers out there about my feeling of being a powerlifter.. So please kindly ask the trainers to be kinda humble with each and everyone in the gym even with the guys who are just beginners..
