To be honest, I took admission here on April 2022...and still working out here.. 2 years 8 months passed.. Lot of trainers changed... and i don't want to speak about them who already gone... But currently the trainers present here now are helpful and cooperative if you need any guidance. Besides there are equipments which are mandatory for bodybuilding.. In the evening it's too much crowded and very difficult to get a machine so i advice to come on afternoon or late afternoon .. One reminder from me is that there is no magic in gym that can give you a good shape. You have to workout without wasting time in gossiping and always proper diet is the key...

No. of equipment is less but there are all the necessary equipment for almost all types of muscle training. Have a separate room for cardio and free hand training.

lack of machine , benches and weights. gym divided in two floor and members have to carry weights from 1St to 2nd or vice versa. trainers are always whispering for "PT" or "Personal training". without that only one or two trainer will help members(including morning and evening). even after repeated request gym authority did not bother about adding new machine,bench or a proper weight lifting belt.

My experience is good. The trainers are very comparative.
