Our teacher, Mr Sujit Ghorui is an excellent teacher. He is very sincere, discipline and also very gentleman. He is such a great person that I cant explain him in one word. He is beyond my explanation. I feel proud to be his student. When I go to our yoga Institute, Ashtanga Yoga Institute I feel one type of mental as well as physical peace I express my gratitude to our respected teacher.
The institute is a place of absolute rejuvenation.The environment is serene, peaceful and enhances not only physical but mental wellness too. Mr Sujit Gharai is very sincere in his teachings and his elaborate explanation is simple enough for any age group to understand and follow. I have benefited a lot from the weekly yoga classes.
