This is an excellent gym! The facilities are top-notch and exceptionally clean, creating a great atmosphere for every workout. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, ensuring safety and variety for all fitness levels. What truly sets this place apart is the supportive and friendly staff like Arunava Kumar Bose who helped us to achieve my best version.

One of the best gym in barasat.... Very helpful trainers and open for 7 days a week.... machines are well maintained. For new joiners occasional offers on admission fees are available and for students extra offer on monthly subscription. Overall better than most of the gym .

I had a very bad experience at this gym. Most of the machines are of poor quality and break down almost every week. It's really frustrating when you go to work out and find the machines out of order again. The management is also not helpful. They don't fix the machines quickly and don't care about members' problems. There is no proper system in place, and staff don't seem trained or serious. Some trainers only train girls and do unusual behaviour with them. Cleanliness is a big issue too. The gym is dirty most of the time. The floors are dusty. Overall, I don't recommend this gym to anyone. They really need to improve their machines, management, and hygiene.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat it this gym is the real deal! The equipments is amazing, the vibe is on point, and the management team is super friendly and supportive. And the best part? The prices are super affordable, especially considering the quality of service you get. Trust me, you won't regret joining this gym it's 100% recommended!

This Gym is considered the best one in Barasat. From affordable monthly subscription to healthy and supporting environment. Beginner friendly trainers and the ambience is pretty good too. Machines are maintained properly. Other Gym members are also supportive and encouraging. 1 star less because there is still room to improve.

Been training at Bharamstra Gym for a few weeks now, and honestly, it's one of the best decisions I've made. The vibe here is serious but friendly--everyone's focused, no unnecessary show-off stuff. Trainers are super helpful and actually care about your progress, not just shouting reps at you. The equipment is solid, space is clean, and you can tell the place is managed well. Feels more like a community than just a gym. If you're looking for a place to genuinely grow--both in strength and mindset--this is it. Definitely recommend. @54mjr

I've been working out at this gym regularly. Overall, the gym has potential, but there are several issues that need serious attention. Equipment: The abductor machine has been out of service for over a month now, and many machines have loose or unfixed parts. There is only one cable machine, and it's always occupied--mostly by beginners who don't actually need it. When asked, they often respond, "Aditya bhaiya (the owner) told us to do it," which adds to the frustration. Cleanliness & Safety: The hygiene standards are very poor. Small metal pieces can be seen on the floor, and there is a clear lack of regular cleaning or maintenance, which is unsafe. Time Experience: Mornings and afternoons are generally manageable, but the evening crowd is chaotic, making workouts difficult. Trainer Conduct: One of the most concerning issues is the trainer's behavior. He primarily focuses on female clients, especially those taking personal training. His conduct, including giving glute massage to female client in full view, is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If this mess continued, I have to see another gym for my workout. This gym could be a great place, but sadly, poor management and lack of discipline make it fall short. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and work on improving the facility and the environment.

This is one of the best gym in the area, very affordable pricing, trainers and management are friendly and helpful, neat and maintained area. Highly recommended
