Trainers here are highly unprofessional, keep changing every 14 days, and are never punctual. In my first month, the PT skipped 2-3 days a week. In the second month, since I was occupied with work, I specifically asked if a 6-day PT (class-wise) option was available. They agreed, so I signed up. I attended only 2 classes and planned to continue the remaining sessions after renewing my membership the next month. But to my surprise, the evening receptionist called me saying my PT had been cancelled and I would need to purchase it again--despite 4 sessions still pending! To add to this, in the 1st month they even told me I couldn't enter the gym unless I renewed my membership a day early. Overall, the service is rude, unreliable, and a complete waste of money. Avoid taking PT here, particularly in the morning.

Overall decent gym. If you're newbie and a guy, do not consider this gym as the trainers will not guide you and won't even bother if you're dead, alive or even exist. Missing few equipments and attachments however will not be an issue. However there's a trainer named Avinash Dutta he is a good trainer. This gym is good according to it's price point. Try to get an yearly discounted plan else it is not worthy.

I wish I could've provided a lower rating. The gym does not have a single proper equipment. The maintanence is poor. Seat covers are in bad shape, dumble are missing, their covers are broken. The AC doesn't work and it's really difficult working out during summers, water drips inside the gym. The owner just wants to take in money and provide a bad service. I can say all these since I've been working out here for around an year. I won't suggest anyone to join the gym. Better look for gym with better services

One of the best gyms in North Kolkata..... I have been in professional powerlifting since 2019 and this gym helps me a lot in achieving that. Trainer Sreya Roy is very much professional and informative. I have taking regular training from her and She is just guiding me on right direction. Gym manager Debasmita Kundu is very polite and well behaved. She understands the memeber's need and always keeps track of the member's day to day activity. I am verymuch happy and satisfied with the atmosphere.

Great ambiance for working out. There are professional trainers to help us improving and achieve the fitness goal. Anirban da is one of them; actually he is the best
