Opened in March 2023 near adisaptagram station. AC unisex gym and Very well equipped with all required machines. The trainers are also very good. Do take admission as only the monthly fees is only Rs.800

Cheap low mentality of that owner her name is Sourima I guess, ,she body shames people & show offs that she owns the place & she's ok with males who wear baniyan & shorts but she has issues with females who wear gym appropriate pretty clothes like biking shorts & jackets, when I said about equality she said " if u can urinate like males on roads then she's gonna believe in equality" ,When u raise a voice every people work there stays silent .cheap mentality , right? Go there at ur own risk but there's no freedom & people judges u like some horrible auntie . Worst experience.om the other hand mirrors broken, very small place & there's less machines yk.

Very lazy and bad environment everybody in gym just sleeping and no motivation in them if you go there ther their is high probability of getting just lazy and depressed like them

They should add more strength tranning machines like seated chest press , attachment like close & neutral grips & handles for triceps extension etc .. expect that the trainer and the environment were good

Good helth Fitness place in Adisaptagram - Bansberia... All Fitness machine are available here... And There's Staff and Trainners Behavior Are So good

Too good ambience with modern equipments and experienced trainers and the best part is it's opened around 15 hrs a day which is very helpful
