Basically the gym ambience and there amenities are so so well it look so premium, Also the owner is so amity natured you feel very comfortable, also all equipments are so excellent and full of necessity cardio stations which are very well for you endurance and cardiovascular of you body . All trough my experience is amazing here.

Am working out from 4 years since, every gym i tried in asansol but the trainer are pathetic, the only gym i got this flowfitness with the excellent trainers. And am not looking forward to any other gym.
