Two months ago , I have joined Nation Fit Gym at Arambagh . Honestly, the trainer here, Sk Jamir Mohammad is a very polite and humble trainer. Regardless of the crowd, he gives equal importance and guidance to everyone. Moreover, the diet chart he provided is very much appropriate. Before joining this gym, I had lower back pain , after being trained under his guidance , the pain has diminished miraculously. Not only me, but everyone is improving day-by-day. I will definitely keep on continuing my workouts here. If anyone of you , reading my experience, wants to join gym, can join NATION FIT gym at Arambagh , without any second thought.
