Mr. Om Prakash Sharma (Munna) has been a great body builder in 90's. He won many prizes and awards in his time in body building. He still maintains a great physic. He is a true inspiration for many aspirants. He built his body with zero supplements. I highly recommend people to join his gym and get trained under him.
