Action Plus Gym and Fitness Club

Action Plus Gym is an excellent place for fitness enthusiasts. The environment is positive and motivating, and my trainer Kaushik is very friendly and supportive. He explains every workout clearly, pushes me in the right way, and always encourages me to do better. Thanks to him, training here feels both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My experience have been very moderate with this gym. Pros- I have paid two times a good amount of money as I was wrongly informed by one the staff .There is no particular receptionist in the gym who can describe the plans to their clients. This is a huge drawback and creates misunderstanding. The excercise instructions by the trainers are almost same for every client which must be different because everyone's body structures, metabolism and the weight journey is different I have got diet plan which was extremely hilarious. Body buliding diet plans and weight loss diet plans are completely different. So they provide the same diet to all despite of knowing the health issues of their client. Cons-- Yoga classes are there and yoga class is really helpful and well carried by the yoga instructor Very well equipped gym Facilities like washroom, changing room are present. If you know your body and your stuffs already then can go for it... Otherwise completely depending on them for your journey would be quite difficult.thank you

Action Plus Gym Adra is one of the best gym in Purulia district. The gym has overall good equipments and environment to do body building. My personal trainer Kaushik Sahis is a fantastic trainer who motivates you and pushes you off your limits to do better everyday.
