Rooms are big, clean, and beautiful. The restaurant is excellent and the reception staff are very friendly. But stay away from the spa! We booked a four-hands massage for three people, paid in advance, and were left waiting 30 minutes with no therapists showing up. The manager lied about availability and only refunded part of the payment. The massage itself was just average. Strongly recommend avoiding the spa.
We always stay at Radisson Blau to break the journey to Kumaon. The rooms are large and comfortable and the service is very prompt. We particularly appreciated the excellent service provided by Mr Arun Kumar at the restaurant. He has been very helpful !
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel in Rudrapur and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to mention Mr. Yash, who with his smile and polite behavior made a difference. Also, Mr. Khan at Fitness Center, who was very supportive and open to guide. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
located close to industrial estate, it is situated well. traffic on main road could be concern even though normally main road looks quite, v have found to be concern when it really mattered..hotel is well laid out wirh swimming pool, gym under ground etc and courteous service staff and restaurant on ground floor .it was a business trip for me and time spent was refreshing and rewarding. nearby residence has walk area where many come in morning hours for walk . vegetable juices also available on this walk area . all in all healthy and hygienic atmosphere
We stayed at Radisson Blu Rudrapur for a week while visiting family in the city, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff was exceptionally courteous, always helpful and cheerful. Room service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. A special thanks to Yash for his prompt assistance at the table. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Radisson Blu for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rudrapur.
