I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and despite multiple complaints, no one came to fix it or offer a solution. The staff was completely unresponsive and showed no concern for guest comfort. Due to the lack of basic service and support, I had no choice but to leave the hotel. This level of negligence is unacceptable - I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Very bad service, I have book Presidential Suite room & expected good services. Television not working, Called several times to fix the issue but no response .They have only 2 waiters in entire hotel, I need to call 4 times to get the orders everytime. Even I called the Hotel manager, but no action taken, Really bad experience & wasted my good time & money. Will not book this hotel again.
