The gym is filled with all types of machines, and they have a great CrossFit area. They also offer group classes. I have never seen a gym like this in Uttarakhand. As a certified DJ/producer, I have visited many gyms for DJ events, but I haven't experienced such an amazing ambiance and spacious setup anywhere else. I really love it, and I highly suggest you visit this gym!

Everything else is fine, but the trainer there, Simran, teaches yoga while wearing shoes and doesn't teach proper yoga. She doesn't demonstrate it herself. Beginners will understand better if she demonstrates it herself. Just like all the other trainers demonstrate yoga themselves. And please tell her to take off her shoes and teach yoga, this creates negativity..
