My experience at the Yog Sutra Rishikesh was amazing.
I 've been there for a 100 Hour Ashtanga course,but I' ve lernt more than simple phisycal exercises.
Anil is very knowledgeable teacher for pranayama and asanas, I say ihm thanks 1000 times, to teaching me a lot of breath 's techniques, through wich I 've really seen more of benefits, my body ' s become more clean, my mind more clear, myself 's changed immediately, just with two weeks training I feel me stronger, with more energy and I can manage my phisycal and mentally unbalance.
Guru Vishnu is very qualified teacher and powerful person. I' ve got through his teaching a lot of knowledge about the Yoga Philosophy, at the same time so much energy , as he is a very powerful Kundalini teacher.
It ' s a very great team!!
I m keeping the benefits and the teachings of this course and I will come back for another amazing course !!

Recently, I got to know finally in person @yogi_anil_bijalwan Ji. My teacher from whom I have learned so much online during the lockdown.
He grew up in an Ashram, and later on, he studied yoga at University. An endless source of knowledge and inspiration!
Nowadays, it seems rare to find a yoga teacher driven by a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
I have met a lot of professional yoga teachers in India and the west whose focus is on getting more students and selling more courses, which is not a bad thing per se (as yoga teachers also need to eat, right?).
Very rarely, I encounter someone who seems so unbound and non-attached to the materialistic outcome of yoga.
I have learned from @yogi_anil_bijalwan Ji that yoga is giving and helping. More important than any asanas and pranayama techniques.
