Hari Om One of the best teacher ever in rishikesh . I was come for prenatal and post-natal . But how mam teach me i loved it and i completed 3 courses from mam pranayama , meditation and prenatal . I learned deep knowledge in pranayama with shlokas , Authentic meditation , and deep knowledge in prenatal and post-natal course these all courses were amazing thank you mam .
