What I found, however, was far more profound than I expected. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and humble. They're always open to questions and genuinely committed to your learning. I always felt supported in my personal growth and self-discovery. After a month here, I feel more grounded and centered. The ashram itself is peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable--a perfect environment for reflection and study. The food is simple, nourishing, and always plentiful. I wholeheartedly recommend Sri Yoga Ashram to anyone seeking training or true transformation. I'm already looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time at Sri Yoga Ashram! The 200h meditation teacher training is of extremely high quality. The scheduling, organization, and all the teachers are top notch. The ashram's motto is "Excellence and Consistency" and they 100% live what they teach. Our room was large and comfortable, and the food was abundant :) Gaurav and the entire ashram team are always there to help, and immediately make you feel at home. Thank you!!!

Amazing healing experience! Sri ashram has it all from kundalini to sound healing. I had many personal break throughs while studying at this ashram. The owner/teacher has a PHD in psychology so the philosophy classes provide a modern psych perspective on these ancient yogic practices. Very interesting and applicable teachings, can't recommend this ashram enough!

A wonderful experience - both professionally and spiritually. The yoga teaching at the ashram was thorough, clear, and deeply rooted in authentic practice. It offered not only excellent technical instruction but also a true understanding of the spiritual essence of yoga. I'm truly grateful for the guidance and the atmosphere that made the learning experience so meaningful.

My partner and I left after two nights and went to an Airbnb in Tapovan. We had booked to do a 10 day yoga retreat. We have been travelling the world for 4 years and never once left a pre booked accommodation. However, the moment we arrived we had an unpleasant experience. The room was dirty, unhygienic and the toilet was leaking and had a horrible smell. We moved rooms for the next night and the same situation for the toilet in the 2nd room. There are no mattresses and pillows. Only pieces of cut foam. No towels, no duvet or blanket. We asked for a duvet and got a dirty blanket. We were excited to experience the yoga. However, there was no introductions or explanations before or after any of the sessions so we felt very lost and confused. On the 2nd day they took us to the Ganges to do a yoga session. However, it was for the purpose of their marketing and they had a photographer with camera and drone who was taking photos of us. No one asked our permission or told us that he was going to be doing this. We were trying to embrace the meditation session at the Ganges but it's pretty difficult when there is a drone hovering over your head. The food was fine, but in a very uncomfortable and uninviting 'dining' area which was not clean. After leaving we moved to an Airbnb in Tapovan and experienced many different drop in yoga sessions at all of the shallas and it was a great experience and extremely grateful we left Sri Yoga. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying there.

If you are looking for the best Yoga Teacher's Training course in Rishikesh, look no further. I had the most incredible experience at Sri Yoga Ashram. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the teacher's were incredible. The setting of the Ashram is great. It is in a really good location right next to a stream running down to the Ganga. The view was incredible. The course itself was life changing. I learnt so much from every teacher that each brought their knowledge and expertise to the individual classes. I made so many new friends on this course. All from different parts of the world. We grew together and I will remember this last month fondly for the rest of my life. So grateful. Namaste

To choose from home the school where you will live for a month, is not easy. But I have been lucky in finding Sri yoga on my path. The school is surrounded by trees and is in a quiet place. But still you are close to cafes, pharmacies and shops. The food was delicious. All the teachers and all the people working in the school have made this experience even more special. Words will be never enough.
