Shakti Yoga Peeth - Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India

I have just completed my Shakti Yoga Peeth's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, and want to give my sincere opinion about the course. It is awesome. I have got immense satisfaction after completing the course and the level of training I got. Each lesson was taught in very interesting and intriguing way, even the Human Anatomy class was very interesting. The best part is all teachers would take great pain to make us perfect in asanas. I enjoyed each session and moment of my stay. It had been really fun to be a part of the Shakti Yoga Peeth family.

I am lovedeep and in a last phase of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course of Shakti Yoga Peeth. I would confidently say the course is great and highly recommend the School to others who would wish to join it. I learned all forms of asanas, and found many ways of correcting and improving my poses. The accommodation provided is also good and food awesome. Best of all I never felt uncomfortable and out of place and find each class highly interesting. Each teacher would show great pains to teach us. I love this place and would definitely come back again if opportunity permits.

Shakti Yoga Peeth gives what we want from our lives, and this I have thoroughly understood the day I landed in its center in Rishikesh. I joined the 200 Hour yoga teacher training course which gave me intense training in yoga forms and gave me the confidence to reach the skies. The complete atmosphere of the School is very conjugal and the best. The rooms where we were put up were very beautiful with the windows opening to the awesome surroundings. Though all classes were best but I found Mantra class most intriguing, as for how with simple mantra chanting reverberates and generate positivity within us and the surroundings.

This place gave me the best gift there is. The gift of yoga! I can honestly say that Shakti Yoga Peeth changed my life, in the best way possible. The inspiring teachers, the care of the people working at Shakti Yoga Peeth and the people I've met, all great. The food was amazing, every single meal. I loved the classes. Good balance between Asana and theory. I miss this place so much and can not wait to be back for my 300h teacher training. Namaste! Yoga Teacher Training course of Shakti Yoga Peeth has been the best experience for me as I had learned a lot from the School. The most interesting thing happened during 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course was when we were made to sit for meditation. We were asked to close our eyes, clasped both our hands in Namaskar pose and breathe for few minutes. But as soon we started I could not retain the pose and keep on looking at others with one eye. Our instructor saw this and calmly pointed me to keep my eyes closed and listen to what he says, I did what he said, and soon I got so engrossed in meditation that I could not realize when the session got over and everyone had already returned back to their normal state. I had a hearty laugh later. The School is really the best and all the teachers are really friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed and learned a lot from the School.
