Despite the short duration, you managed to organize a series of meaningful activities and teachings that truly stirred deep thoughts within me. I am very happy to share that every moment spent was both enjoyable and thought-provoking--nothing felt wasted. Well done, and hats off to the incredible service you and your team are doing. The branches of Sanskriti--through Viji Ma'am, Vimal Ji, Prawin Ji, Manisha Ji, and Manju Sir--stand as testimony to the fact that the tree of Sanskriti is well nurtured. With the increasing number of student "leaves," one can clearly see that it is growing stronger each day. It is evident that every spirit present there was fully energized, and I am confident that this energy will stay with them and continue to guide them in their journey of life. Rishikesh retreat was a great experience for me. Eve days of retreat was surprises. The way sanskriti team conducts each classes is really great. Once we attend their classes we understand that yoga is not only about correct postures but also about clear mind and good health.

Retreat by sanskriti yogashala at rishikesh was very helpful calming and rejuvenating. Got a glimpse of yoga pranayama healthy lifestyle meditation bhajans . First day started with a yagna which was very inspiring and spiritual and concluded with a yagnam.We had fun too with dance sessions music sessions as the group was very friendly and young. We had a sessions on accupressure too which was an eye opener. Enjoyed visits to kunjapuri sunrise / ganga snanam/ Ganga Aarthi/neelkant shrine. Rishikesh itself is full of positive vibes . Overall the experience was blissful.

I went Yoga Retreat 2024 at Rishikesh organized by Sanskriti Yogasala. Well organised. Stay, food, commutations well planned. Day starts with Yoga at 5am... following with meditation.. Health tips, Health Discussion.. healthy Discussions.. day ends by group chanting.. Amazing thrilled experience in Rafting... Mass Ganga Arthi.. The only problem is, mobile internet is very feeble and wifi signal that available in cottage doesn't help . So we can't expect office work during this stay. Many thanks to Master Prashanth ji and all other teachers/ Mentors for their assistance and cooperation. Overall wonderful experience.

Perfect place to learn Yoga and Meditation. I attended the Yoga retreat in Rishikesh which was very amazing and Full of wonderful surprises like river rafting, Ganga Aarati, Santsang, trekking, Beautiful view of sunrise . The sound healing meditation took is in another level of peace It's was the best time I spent.

Joining Sanskriti Yogshala has been a true blessing. Initially, my first day was wonderful, but over the next few days, I found myself wrestling with my monkey mind and doubting the process. However, Prashant sir's suggestion to embrace the journey allowed me to tap into the silence within myself. It made me more aware of my thoughts and the 7-day tasks served as a delightful addition, helping me observe my reactions. One of the best yoga school with teachers extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga. From theory to asanas, and also about the depths of human body and health. Would recommend for anyone who wants to genuinely do yoga with complete guidance.

I attended the 6days retreat programme in sanskriti yogashala. It's a wonderful experience!!! The Yoga class included very special combinations of breathwork, chanting mantras this was all new to me, The sunrise meditation and yoga and all of the beautiful nature around us and Being with like-minded souls that we were felt like heaven!!! I loved it....! I felt like I was home,the food was amazing. The Sharing Circle experience was very powerful. TheGanga River drafting was one of the most beautiful experiences I had and the care with love and respect from all gurus I wish that I'll be able to open even bigger doors after this retreat and continue to shine the radiance and I am so grateful for experience this!! I wait for another retreat and I hope that many others will get to experience the happiness and joy you are able to bring everywhere you go! Thank you... so much!!!....
